Regular meetings are held in the City Hall Conference Room on the 1st Tuesday of the 2nd month of each quarter at noon.

Agendas & Minutes

Agendas must be posted and accessible to the public for at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. Minutes are available following board approval.

About Us

The Parks Advisory Board makes recommendations to the Parks Recreation Director, the City Manager, and the City Council regarding policy matters pertaining to the parks and recreational activities of the city.

The board is comprised of seven members.  Members serve two-year terms but may continue to act after the end of their term until a successor is appointed by the City Council.  A member of the board may not be appointed for more than two consecutive terms unless approved by a majority of the City Council.
