Animal Control

The Palestine Police Department provides two full-time Animal Control Officers who respond to animal complaints. The Animal Control Officer has his/her basic and advanced training requirements.

Animal Control is responsible for enforcing the City ordinances and State laws regulating animal control functions. Routinely, the animal control officers respond to citizen complaints involving animal nuisances, such as stray animals, barking, aggressive dogs, and animal bites.

You can follow Palestine Police Department Animal Control Page, Operation Home Again on Facebook. Operation Home Again assists pet owners in reuniting with their lost pets.
