The P.L.A.C.E. (Police Litter Animal Control Code Enforcement) Team originated in January of 2019. Together, the P.L.A.C.E. team systematically addresses issues violating city ordinances.
Made up of two code enforcement officers, two animal control officers, a litter abatement officer, and a police officer, this team of six works to help keep Palestine residents comply with the city code.
