We are business minded...

The community of Palestine has gone to great lengths to make our area one of the best places to grow, as a business and as a person.  We have top notch schools, safe streets, and unique cultural and recreational amenities.

But we do more here in Palestine.  We reserve a portion of our sales tax revenues for the Palestine Economic Development Corporation to offer as incentives for business growth and expansion.  But the City also has developed incentives for each growth sector.  There are attractive incentives for large residential development and commercial development.  There are also incentives for new industry.  See our Business Incentives page.

The City's Development policies assure consistent quality development to protect investments in our community.  We use standard national construction codes and have protective development policies that are common to most sophisticated cities.
