The primary runway (18-36) is 5,005 feet long and 100 feet wide.  The cross wind runway (9-27) is 4,002 feet long and 75 feet wide.  The airport has pilot controlled runway lighting for night landings. And AWOS is available. The terminal hours are 8:00AM to 6:00PM Monday through Saturday and 10:00AM to 3:00PM on Sunday.  Jet-A and 100LL Avgas are available twenty four hours a day, seven days a week via a credit card reader or airport staff may be called out for a nominal fee.  A courtesy phone is available on site if assistance is needed after hours. A courtesy car is available for short term use.  Also, Enterprise Rent-a-Car provides rent cars in Palestine.  Their phone number is 903-723-7671.  Information about area restaurants and hotels are available in the terminal. You may contact (903) 727-9131 during business hours to report any barking dogs, disruptive animals or dead animals located on the street.  An Animal Control Officer is on call after hours and on weekends in the event you have an emergency  (i.e.; vicious animal or animal bite); please call the Police Department at (903) 729-2254. Animal Shelter Anderson County Humane Society 333 Armory Road  (903) 729-8074 The Animal Shelter is operated by the Anderson County Humane Society. The Shelter is for homeless pets or pets running loose. If a pet is found with a license, we make every effort to return the dog to its owner. If there is no identification on the pet, then we must transport them to the Shelter. Licenses are available for your pet at the Shelter or if you would like to adopt a healthy pet, please come out to Armory Road and see our adoptable pets. All revenues and proceeds go to the Humane Society and the operation of the Shelter. They also promote the adopt a pet program along with animal care education programs. Brush Pick-up Olympic Waste  (903) 723-0755 Olympic Waste is currently responsible for all residential services and they provide most of the commercial services in the City. Because they provide these residential services through a contract with the City, we are ready to help you anyway we can.
