Mission

The Central Warehouse provides for storage and inventory control of supplies the City uses on a continual basis. The funds for payment of these supplies are budgeted in the individual departments and are charged against the department on a monthly basis as supplies are used.

Goals

• Commit to provide each department with materials needed for providing exceptional service to the public.

• Continue to use internet for most current pricing and ordering on-line.

• Continue to use the most cost-effective way to acquire goods.

Objectives

• Meet with department heads to evaluate the needs of the upcoming jobs and keeping warehouse stocked.

• Order on-line to help expedite orders and also for price quotes.

• Awareness of new and better products.
