The Utilities Department is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Repair or other trouble calls should be routed through our Secretary at the above number. Questions about Billing can be answered by our Customer Service Representatives at 731-8410. For after hours emergencies, please call 729-2254. We look forward to serving you.
The Utilities Administration Program is the central operating program for water/wastewater treatment, water distribution and wastewater collection. This area was set up for administrative regulatory and budgetary support to these areas.
Focus on long term planning
Provide each division with financial and staff support as needed
Provide each division with regulatory guidance as needed
Focus on infrastructure upgrade
Focus on looping of water system to improve water quality
Look at staffing efficiency
Conduct planning meetings with key personnel
