Program Description

The Public Works Administration Department is responsible for the management of the Public Works Department. This includes the Street Department, Parks and Cemeteries, Traffic Department, Facility Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, Engineering, Refuse Disposal, and Senior Citizens Center. Major activities are daily project management, long-range planning and budget control.

Goals

• Provide effective leadership for Public Works Department.

• Provide resources through effective budgeting.

• Administer Capital Improvement Program.

Objectives

• Review and administer department activities.

• Maintain schedules on projects.

• Update subdivision ordinance

• Complete construction of SSES/Phase I
