PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This department records, bills and collects for utility services rendered by the City thereby providing adequate operating funds.
The meter readers read all water meters monthly. Deposits, payments, delinquent notices, customer inquires, drafts and transfers of services and adjustments are the responsibility of the customer service representatives.
Develop Customer Service Center concept based on the Council's Organization Development Goal.
Reduce delinquent utility accounts based on the Council's Infrastructure Goal.
Cross train employees
