Program Description

Provide a fair, impartial, and timely adjudication of misdemeanor cases presented to and/or arising from Municipal Court.

Goals

• Develop Customer Service Center concept based on the Council's Organization Development Goal.

• Reduce outstanding warrants.

• Reduce backlog of court cases.

• Follow up on judge ordered time payments.

 Objectives

• Cross train employees

• Participate in TX. DPS OMNI program

• Hold court twice per week

• Dollars collected
