DEVELOPMENT SERVICES SURVEY

The Development Services Department of the City of Palestine is interested in any input you may have that will assist our Department in the area of customer service.

A recent inspection was made of your property/facility/establishment. In order to better serve you, we respectfully request that you take a few minutes to reply to this brief survey. Our goal is to provide the best customer service to our citizens.

This questionnaire is anonymous and will in no way impact any future inspections, but will provide the City with ideas on improving our departmental procedures to better serve you and our ever growing city.
